Custom Winch Systems
Hydraulic Winch Manufacturer for Pulling, Hoisting and Towing.
JST configures hydraulic winches around first-layer line pull, rope capacity, line speed, duty cycle and the available hydraulic system. Motor, planetary reducer, brake, valve block, drum and mounting structure can be supplied as one reviewed assembly.
Winch Selection
First-layer pull is the starting point.
Specify whether the winch is used for pulling or lifting, then provide first-layer rated line pull, rope diameter, usable rope length, required line speed, pressure, flow and duty. Hoisting applications require separate safety-factor, brake and controlled-lowering confirmation.

01 / Load
First-layer line pull
State rated pull, maximum pull and whether the duty is traction, recovery, towing, lifting or controlled lowering.
02 / Drum
Rope and speed
Provide rope diameter, usable rope length, target line speed, expected layers and rope outlet direction.
03 / System
Hydraulics and safety
Confirm pressure, flow, duty cycle, brake, balance valve, free-spool, control method and operating environment.
Performance Verification
Winch behavior recorded through the operating cycle.
JST's dedicated test system can record pulling force, rope speed, hydraulic flow and oil temperature against a confirmed test condition. Test curves support project acceptance but do not replace machine-level structural and safety review.

Engineering References
Size the drum and drive as one system.
Custom Winch Review
Need a standard base model or a non-standard drum and mounting?
Send the duty, first-layer pull, rope data, target speed, hydraulic supply and installation drawing. JST will return a preliminary model direction for engineering review.
