Planetary Reduction
Planetary Gearbox Manufacturer for Hydraulic Drive Systems.
JST develops compact planetary gearbox and reducer configurations for rotary, slewing, travel and winch mechanisms. Ratios, hydraulic motor input, output geometry, brake interfaces and mounting dimensions can be reviewed around the required machine output.
Gearbox Selection
Match continuous torque, peak load and ratio together.
A planetary gearbox is not selected from nominal torque alone. Check continuous and maximum output torque, target speed, input speed, reduction ratio, radial or axial load, backlash, brake duty, lubrication and the complete installation envelope.

01 / Performance
Output torque and ratio
State continuous and peak torque, output speed and available hydraulic motor speed to establish the ratio range.
02 / Loads
Duty and external forces
Confirm shock load, start-stop frequency, radial or axial load, holding condition and expected service life.
03 / Geometry
Input, output and mounting
Motor pilot, brake interface, spline, shaft, pinion, flange, bolt circle and housing dimensions can be configured.
Production Capability
Critical housings and interfaces produced against confirmed drawings.
Machining, dimensional inspection, identified component control and hydraulic package testing support repeatable OEM production and replacement projects. Customer-specific geometry is released only after drawing review.

Related Engineering
Connect the gearbox to the full drive requirement.
Custom Gearbox Review
Send the output condition and installation interface.
JST can review torque, speed, ratio, output form, motor and brake interfaces, mounting dimensions and replacement compatibility.
