Integrated Hydraulic Drives
Hydraulic Drive Unit Manufacturer for Custom Output Torque and Speed.
JST integrates a hydraulic motor, planetary reduction, brake and valve functions into drive packages for travel, slewing, winch and industrial rotary systems. The base model is screened from gearbox output torque and output speed before ratio and interfaces are configured.
System Selection
Start at the driven machine output.
Define continuous and peak output torque, target output speed, holding requirement and external loads. JST then reviews motor displacement, planetary ratio, gearbox limits, brake release and hydraulic control as one coordinated package.

01 / Output
Torque and speed
Use reducer output torque and output speed, including continuous duty, peak load and start-stop frequency.
02 / Control
Brake and valve functions
Confirm holding, controlled lowering, brake release, counterbalance and speed-control requirements.
03 / Installation
Output and mounting
Standard spline and key outputs or custom gear, flange, friction and installation interfaces can be reviewed.
Non-Standard Engineering
One package, one confirmed interface set.
JST can configure torque, output speed, reduction ratio, output form, brake, valve block and mounting dimensions around a new machine or replacement drawing. Final performance and safety margins remain subject to engineering confirmation.
