Compact. High Power Density. Custom-Built.The NJ Series Hydraulic Winches, driven by orbital (gerotor/geroler) motors, deliver reliable pulling performance in an ultra-compact package. With planetary reduction, integrated brakes, and valve options, they are designed for light to medium duty lifting and pulling where space and weight are critical. NJ winches support full non-standard customization, covering capacities from just a few dozen kilograms up to 3 tonnes.
• Customization first: drum diameter/length, rope grooves (single or multi-layer), rope outlet direction, mounting flanges, motor displacement, reduction ratio, brake type, and valve logic can all be tailored to the application.
• Compact footprint, high power density: orbital motor + planetary gearbox delivers strong torque in limited space.
• Smooth low-speed control: precise rope handling even at creeping speeds; fast start/stop response.
• Integrated safety: multi-disc spring-applied, hydraulically released brake plus balance/relief/anti-cavitation valves.
