Why curves matter
A single final reading cannot show acceleration, pressure response or changes during repeated pulling. Trend data helps engineering staff compare the actual sequence with the agreed test procedure and retain a traceable record.
Define the acceptance condition first
- Rated and maximum line pull, including rope layer
- Target line speed and available system flow
- Test duration, repetitions and duty cycle
- Brake holding and controlled-lowering requirements
- Oil temperature and allowable operating limits
